Our

Barn Doors

Our barn doors come in three different styles: Premium, Fine Line, and Rustic starting at just $199! These are hand-crafted by our local carpenters available in a variety of styles, stains, and colors. Browse our barn door styles below.

All doors come pre-drilled with hanger holes to make installation quick, easy, and placement precise. Doors are also standard with a groove cut into the bottom of your door for a floor guide to prevent swinging when in motion. These options may be omitted upon request.

Standard Track

Unlike many others, our tracks are engineered to American standards. That means 16-inch on-center spacing of holes to match the studs in your walls, and lengths that make sense like 80″ instead of 2 meters (78.7″). We also keep things “seamlessly” easy with one solid rail for lengths up to 8-feet and two-piece rails with a tight butterfly joint on lengths up to 12-feet. Our hanger wheels are made from nylon instead of steel to allow your door to glide smoothly and quietly. Everything is durably finished with a powder coat in black, gold, and silver colors. Kits include everything you need to hang your door: track, spacers, lag bolts, door stops, anti-jump discs, floor guide, set of hangers (or wheels) and all necessary bolts and screws for mounting.

Bypass Track

Our single track bypass hangers allow you to hang two doors on one rail. You don’t need bulky brackets and a second track to enjoy bypassing doors over closets and openings without room to the side for a sliding door. The brackets are usable with any of our tracks.

Barn Door Handles

Come in and check out our wide selection of handles available. Popular styles like the double sided steel handle with a pull on the front and flush mount on the back are easily added to any door. Colors available in black, gold, and silver.

Installation Available

Although we’ve made it easy to install our tracks and doors, we understand that you might have better things to do. OUr installation package includes measurements, delivery, and of course perfect installation of your perfect door.

Measuring For Your Barn Door

You will need 4 main measurements to choose the best size for your space:

  1. Height of door opening
  2. Width of door opening
  3. Height floor to ceiling
  4. Size of the wall to the side where the door will slide

If you have an opening with trim or molding, you will want to account for that in your measurement. Ideally, you will want your door to cover the trim or molding when the door is closed.

Example:

  • Height of door opening is 82”
  • Width of door opening is 30”
  • Height floor to ceiling is 96”
  • Size of the wall to the side is 40”

For this scenario, a standard door would be perfect. Our 35”x85” door would provide ample coverage, and would allow 2.5” overlap on either side for sound and light pollution. The 40” wall to the side will allow the opening to be fully exposed when the door is slid to the side, so this measurement is great. The 96” ceiling height leaves no concern for the track system. Ordinarily, 6” above the height of your chosen door is needed for your track system. On a standard 85” door, 91” is the minimum measurement you would want to see for a floor to ceiling measurement.

Measuring For A Bypass Track

This type of track is needed when there is no wall space to slide your door(s), or simply an insufficient size wall.

You will need 4 main measurements to choose the best size for your space:

  1. Height of door opening
  2. Width of door opening
  3. Height floor to ceiling
  4. Size of the wall to the side where the door will slide (if this is applicable)

Example:

  • Height of door opening is 82”
  • Width of door opening is 60”
  • Height floor to ceiling is 96”
  • Size of the wall to the side is 15”

For this scenario, a set of standard sizes would be perfect. To figure out the size needed, add 10” to your door’s width. Our door’s width in this situation is 60”. Adding 10” brings us to 70” of door. Two 35”x85” doors would be ideal. The 10” we added will allow a 5” overlap in the middle where the doors bypass one another on the track. The remaining 5” allow 2.5” of overlap on either side for sound and light pollution. The 96” ceiling height leaves no concern for the track system. Ordinarily, 6” above the height of your chosen door is needed for your track system. On a standard 85” door, 91” is the minimum measurement you would want to see for a floor to ceiling measurement.

Choosing your track length:

The standard 80″ track that comes with our bundles is good for up to a 40” door. It can also be customized to fit smaller doors and tighter spaces. Other lengths we stock are 96″, 120″ and 144″.

Ideally, your track should be double the length of your door’s width. For a 35” door for example, you would want at least 70” of track system. Having a little extra doesn’t hurt as much as having too little, so don’t sweat it if your track is a little longer than necessary.
